Axis reads register data continuously and pulls every refund into a review queue: date, store, receipt, who rang it, the customer, and the amount. A real ledger here — 1,102 refunds detected, 1,019 cleared, 25 flagged, 58 still pending review.
Nobody has to remember to run a report. The refunds come to you, and the queue only shrinks when a human decides each one is fine.
