Product data synced automatically from ERPLY. Active, archived, and discontinued products all tracked.
Product data is synced from ERPLY automatically via two paths: the CRAM CSV export and the ERPLY API sync. Both paths keep your local product cache up to date with the latest names, prices, supplier information, and status. The sync tracks active, archived, no-longer-ordered, and not-for-sale products. Gap detection identifies products that exist in sales data but are missing from the product catalog, and auto-syncs them from ERPLY.
