After placing an order with a supplier, Axis can automatically create a matching Purchase Order in ERPLY. The system handles case pack conversion (e.g., ordering 2 cases of 12 = 24 units in ERPLY), price enrichment from your product catalog, and warehouse assignment based on store. Purchase orders are created via the ERPLY API with full line item detail, linked back to the original supplier order for end-to-end traceability in the procurement chain.
